The Autumn 2020 Roots Music Retreats at Koumkinvi give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in musical development for 5 days and nights with like minded people in a relaxed, low pressure environment. All levels of musician, from novice to advanced are welcome to apply for this unique, taylor made course lead by highly acclaimed musicians well known for their work in the international acoustic music scene.​​

Set in the beautiful region of Western Brittany, easily accessible from the UK and EU with Brittany Ferries, via Brest airport or with rail via Paris; the residential courses include full board accommodation with options for shared or single room occupancy.  Enjoy the delicious regional meals prepared by our lovely hosts John and Daphné with heavy emphasis on local and organic produce. As well as the daily workshop timetable, time is set aside for personal development, students can take part in the evening jam sessions in the main house with it's roaring fires and warm, cosy rooms. There's also time to take in the local towns and beauty spots with planned group excursions.

Most importantly you'll receive 5 days and nights of invaluable lessons, help and tips given by one of the best musicians on the scene, come and move your playing onto that next level...
